Quality assurance

Within 30 days after delivery, the sold products shall be returned and replaced under the following conditions, and the expenses incurred shall be borne by Jinan North China Lifting Platform Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (24 hours in Shandong Province, 72 hours in other provinces and cities in China)

Quality assurance

1. The product received by the customer is inconsistent with the model of the ordered product.
2. The products received by the customer do not meet the requirements of the order, resulting in abnormal use.
3. The product has defects that cannot be used normally or repaired.
4. The product is damaged during delivery and transportation and cannot be repaired.

Product Warranty

Within one year from the date of delivery, under normal use,

The equipment failure caused by the fault shall be guaranteed free of charge.
