1. Check whether the solenoid valve of the scissor lift of the lift is energized, and use a multimeter to check whether the solenoid valve can still be used. If you can't, change it.
2. Check whether the lifting switch of the distribution panel of the scissor lift has poor contact.
3. Check whether the power transmission chain between aluminum alloy steel plates works normally. The scissor lift is different from other equipment. The lifting of the scissor lift is mainly through the chain between the aluminum plate and the aluminum plate to transmit power. Therefore, when the chain has a problem, the equipment is easy to rise normally and cannot land.
4. Check whether the aluminum plate is deformed. Although the resistance of aluminum plate is very strong, there is a certain limit. When encountering too strong lateral sharp object impact, the aluminum plate will also slightly deform, causing the clamping phenomenon between the aluminum plate and the aluminum plate, which should be avoided in normal use.
5. Due to the poor construction environmental conditions on the site, cement, mortar and dust cannot be removed. The mutual wear of gears and racks should also be paid attention to and new parts should be replaced.
