Precautions for use of small electric lift
1. When using small electric lift, its operators shall not be less than three.
2. Connect the power supply of the host, install the platform guardrail, and carefully check whether there are hidden dangers that affect the on-site operation.
3. Pull out the support leg and rotate the support rotating rod to make it firm with the ground. Adjust the outrigger level one by one, but do not lift all four wheels off the ground.
4. Push the handle of the lifting oil cylinder to slowly lift the ram oil cylinder, and then release the push rod after it is vertically in place. Note: After the lifting cylinder is in place, release the operating handle and close the motor of the lifting cylinder. Long term pressure on the cylinder will seriously affect the life of the hydraulic valve and various cylinders.
5. Observe the level gauge and fine tune the outrigger level.
6. There are two screw holes on the left and right of the base of the telescopic oil cylinder to fix the telescopic oil cylinder. Remember: the screws must be fixed before the platform is lifted, and the lifting platform must be tilted and moved after use, and the fixing screws must be loosened.
7. Loosen the anti rotation ladder clamping screw after the oil cylinder is vertical, and mount the anti rotation ladder clamping screw before tilting.
8. Place the switch in the manual position and check the manual button. Put the switch in the remote control position and check the remote control.
9. The operator shall board the lifting platform, check whether the guardrail screws are firmly connected and fasten the safety belt.
10. Start the remote control button, or ground personnel will operate it.
11. When the small electric lift rises to the required height, press the stop button to stop the platform from rising and keep the pressure at the required position. Press the down button to lower the platform. After 10 seconds of delay switch, accelerate the descent. If you want to adjust the descent speed extension time, open the electric control box for adjustment.
