The pump pressure device is composed of motor and gasoline pump. It is the power source of the hydraulic press and the "heart". 1. Common faults of motor. The motor used by everyone is composed of transformer core and winding resistance electromagnetic coil. There is resistance in the winding and insertion will cause loss. The loss is proportional to the square of resistance and current, which is often called copper loss.
2. If the current is not standard AC or sine wave, it will continue to cause harmonic current loss; The iron core has eddy current loss, which will also cause loss in the alternating electromagnetic field. Its size is related to raw materials, current, frequency and working voltage, and is called iron loss.
3. Copper damage and iron damage are mainly caused by heat, which endangers the efficiency of the motor. Motors generally pursue perfect accuracy level and torque output, with low efficiency, large current, high harmonic current components, and AC frequency varying with speed ratio. Therefore, the elevator motor is generally hot, which is more serious than the general communication AC motor. At this time, the manufacturer or professional technical maintenance personnel should be contacted immediately for maintenance.
4. If the oil pipe is blocked, check whether the oil pipe is smooth in commodity circulation. If the commodity circulation of hydraulic oil is blocked, pressure will be generated on the hydraulic transmission system, making the pump station hot.
5. If the machinery and equipment are overweight, check whether the goods exceed the rated load, causing overheating of the pump station. Overweight will seriously endanger the service life
