In order to better not delay the use of everyone, we must master some basic knowledge of maintenance and simply state common problems.
1. The hydraulic lift table cannot rise to the set aspect ratio. In this case, it is necessary to check whether the gear oil in the car oil tank is qualified and whether there is oil leakage in the car oil tank. If the gear oil is insufficient, please add 32 # gear oil. This is a hardware store.
2. The hydraulic lifting table has static induction, but it does not lift because there is no wire connector when wiring. The hydraulic lifting table has static induction, and the power box has common faults, so metal product grounding device can be used.
3. The hydraulic lift table only rises, not falls. Check whether the relay display lamp is on. Press the down button on the power box. If the relay is not on, check whether the two wires of the relay are disconnected or loose.
4. When the hydraulic lifting platform is lifting, shake it from left to right to check whether there are small particles and waste in the box and whether there is grease in the box. If it is not added immediately, the hydraulic lifting platform will be damaged for a long time.
5. It is forbidden to lift the elevator in rainy days. Please check whether the elevator box control panel is affected with damp. Please use a hair dryer to dry.
6. The gradual lifting can be carried out normally, but it cannot be carried out midway. First, the operating power capacitor fails, and second, the remaining oil in the hydraulic machine oil tank is insufficient.
7. When the oil pipe leaks, check whether the socket is damaged, check whether the O-ring is damaged, and replace the seal ring or replace the socket as a whole.
8. Hydraulic lifting platform lifting and hydraulic lifting, check whether there is waste inside the relay, and clean it with vehicle gasoline or dry it with a cleaner.
9. No lifting, only lowering; Check whether the travel is firm and whether there is a 5mm travel on the left and right. Loosen the small screws of the four travel covers and calibrate the spring in the travel meter.
10. If the indicator light of the hydraulic lifting platform is not on, check whether the socket switch has switching power supply, and whether the wire drawing mechanism and wire plug are damaged. If it is more than 100 meters, please use a 2.5 square meter power plug for lifting.
